How it Works

The emerging leader in bio-cellular therapy, ALMI™ (Autologous Lipocyte Micronized Injection) is the process of extracting a small amount of adipose tissue in the most accessible body area, which is usually the abdomen; but the tissue can be taken from the flank or other area where there is adipose tissue. These adipose cells are unique in that they have the potential to develop into many different types of cells. In regeneration, these sells seek out areas of injury that need restoration. Our body’s natural healing process is fairly efficient, but modern science can accelerate this process.

ALMI Procedure

As we get older, our body naturally breaks down tissues and the structure begins to diminish from wear and tear. Our blood supply diminishes, we begin to lose collagen, volume is depleted, and the structural support to the skin is lost. Hairs begin to thin and stop cycling, cartilage breaks down, and pain settles in with reduced function. In order to restore the tissue back to a younger state, the blood supply, volume, and structure must be enhanced. Using a combination of the body’s regenerative cells and adipose tissue, the ALMI™ procedure offers complete rejuvenation and regeneration for natural results without going under the knife.

The ALMI™ procedure is a non-surgical treatment program that uses your own regenerative cells and adipose tissue to address issues related to aging. Each ALMI™ provider has been specially trained in the techniques and methodology to maximize optimal results safely. The procedure is performed within the physician’s treatment room or at an outpatient center. The procedure is easily performed using small amounts of local anesthesia with a simple minor liposuction to aspirate the adipose tissue. The ALMI™ procedure is very similar to the patient receiving traditional injectables and offers predictable outcomes in a non-complicated process.

The ALMI™ procedure consists of these steps:

  1. Area for minimal fat extraction is numbed
  2. Physician removes a tablespoon or 2 of fat using a micro-cannula
  3. Physician prepares fat in the proprietary ALMI™ process
  4. Physician performs a very small blood draw to separate the PRP
  5. Receipient area for ALMI™ treatment is completely numbed
  6. Physician injects fat using a small needle
  7. Physician injects PRP with small needle into recipient area
  8. Procedure is completed

The same process is used across many applications:

  • Musculoskeletal
  • Pain Management
  • Hair Regrowth
  • Sexual Health
  • Face
  • Hands
  • Topical use after laser resurfacing

The ALMI™ procedure offers a complete rejuvenation with natural looking results as the entire procedure comes from YOU!
